Amb Rukaiya Muhammad is the Director of Health and Environment, Nigerian Youth Congress.

She was born on January 1st into the family of Mr and Mrs Alhaji Muhammad sani custom, She hail from Gagi, sokoto south local government Sokoto State.

Amb Rukaiya Muhammad is a community activist in Nigeria. she is the CEO of Women rights and Sustainable society and has developed a range of Youth lead projects, over 11000 youths in over 45 different communities.her experience spans from environmental chemist,capacity building, advocacy and women rights.

Currently, she's convening the work of Nigerian largest youth climate network to promote, preserve and protect (P³)the climate situation in Nigeria and across.

She co designs and experiment innovational projects that build leadership, increase awareness for youths to catalyze Africans development and social challenges.Amb Rukaiya Muhammad is a fame promoter of global cooperation with years of experience in youth engagement and social programs for development, human rights, peace and non violence. she has a strong focusing on women empowerment and Gender equality.she is the co founder of Nigerian youth climate network.

Amb Rukaiya Muhammad is very industrious, knowledgeable and skillful with a great sense of responsibility.

She is a policy fellow with the Nigerian Global affairs council (NIGAC).
